Once you have created all the protection devices and terminal blocks, you can create your Loxone topology and then the specific Loxone devices.
The wiring-diagram.com system requires you to always create the desired bus systems at the first level and the associated Loxone devices below them. This system will also be reflected in the wiring diagram later on, where each bus system with its associated devices and/or outgoing cables will be shown on separate pages.
In the main node for Loxone components, start by selecting the desired bus systems:

- For each miniserver, connect 1x Loxone link bus and (if used by the miniserver) 1x Loxone tree
- For each tree extension, connect 2x Loxone tree busses (for the “left” and “right” branches of the tree extension).
- For each audio server (or for a miniserver compact), connect a corresponding treeturbo bus.
Our tree structure works slightly differently to LoxoneConfig, so we’ve provided a comparison below:
A Loxone installation with a miniserver, a tree extension and an audio server requires you
- to first create the Loxone link bus (including the miniserver as the first device, followed by various extensions),
- the associated tree buses (1x the miniserver’s tree bus, 2x the tree extension’s tree bus)
- and the treeturbo bus (including the audio server as the first device).

Both the miniserver and the tree extension offer settings options for connecting the associated tree bus:

This configuration will give you your first devices that communicate via Loxone link and have cross-links to the appropriate tree buses:
